    pick the repo
    select sett-backend/sett-ux from the dropdown.

    voice-dictate the prompt
    tell claude:
    append this to vault/09-Notes/raw/<YYYY-MM-DD>-<slug>.md
commit + push to branch mobile-capture
  4. 04
    back at laptop
    pull mobile-capture branch. run /ingest-raw. routes everything into the right vault folder.
